Do not allow your small almost-four year old to consume two (three?) Fiber One granola bars over the course of the weekend. It will end badly. Who knew?
In my defense, I only knew she ate one. But also I just never even thought about it. I just think of them as yummy granola bars! I eat one every morning for breakfast after I get to work and they don't bother my stomach at all.
Same goes for those pears that are so ripe and juicy right now and the kids are eating by the bushel. Too much of a good thing is a very bad thing. Especially in the Target bathroom.

Chip knew. He could have told you.
I do not even allow myself to have just one.
