A group of girls is looking at my word wall and discussing which literary terms would make good baby names. Such as "Quatrain." To which a boy in the class replied "Y'all don't need to put 'train' nowhere in y'all daughters' names."

I feel your concern fellow teacher. Among the Tashundaluyns, Quanterrickas, Dequandrias, LaBiancas, DeShunas and everyone named Precious I teach... the name Quatrain seems downright crazy :0
It occurs to me that not everyone will get the "train" reference. Which is probably for the best, really.
